What are the hours for the Radisson Water Park?
Fridays - 2pm to 9pm; Saturdays - 9am to 1pm & 2pm to 9pm; Sundays 9am to 1pm (8pm on Holiday weekends); Holiday Mondays 9am to 1pm. The operating days and hours are subject to change. The Water Park will be open June 3, 7, 10 and beginning the 14th it will be open 7 days a week for the Summer. Planned operating hours are 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 9pm daily.

How long are the wristbands valid for room packages?
Daily color-coded wristbands will be issued at hotel check-in. Wristbands allow access to the Waterpark the day of check-in until departure on the following day. Day passes are good for a four hour period on the day of purchase only.
Can Radisson Water Park be reserved for parties without an overnight guest room?
The Water Park accepts reservations for birthday parties and group celebration packages which included private rooms to change in and leave belongings while enjoying the Park on a space-available basis.
Are towels provided or do guests bring their own?
Towels are available in the Water Park
Are day passes available for use at Radisson Water Park?
Due to local restrictions, only registered guests of the Hotel can utilize the Water Park. Day Pass Packages are available and include private room for changing and leaving of belongings, $10 in Arcade tokens as well as four 4 hour Water Park passes.
All guests entering the Waterpark must purchase and wear an admission wristband, including non-swimming spectators.
Is there an arcade or game room at the Radisson Hotel Water Park?
Yes - Arcadia with over 50 game stations!
Is there any place to get food and beverage at Radisson Water Park?
The Surf's Up Snack Shack

The Brio Grille and Bar is available in the Hotel and look for a Deli to open soon near Arcadia
Can guests bring their own outside food and drinks into the Water Park?
Due to local ordinances and for public safety, glass containers, coolers, ice chests as well as outside food and beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the park. For guest convenience a concessions stand is located within the Water Park.
Can baby food be brought into the Water Park?
Since all guests will have a private room with their Water Park overnight or day pass package where a baby could be fed, only plastic baby bottles maybe brought in to the Park.
What if my friend wants to come visit us at the Water Park?
Only registered Radisson Hotel guests can gain entrance in to the Water Park. If, for example, a parent wanted to bring 4 kids, then a Day Pass Package including 4 passes and one additional purchased pass would get all five people in to the Park.

What if I have a club or group that wants to experience the Radisson Waterpark?
Radisson Water Park is the ultimate place for a group outing! Special packages and rates are available for groups of 10 or more. Advance reservations are required for individuals and groups.
What happens if a wristband needs to be adjusted or is lost?
Guests with a wristband that is damaged or in need of an adjustment must bring the band to Water Park Desk or the Hotel Front Desk to get the band replaced at no charge. Lost wristbands will be replaced, after verification, for a $10.00 fee.
Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at Water Park?
There are men's and women's changing and rest room areas available in the Water Park, as well as lockers. Purchasers of day and overnight packages will also be given their own private room for changing and storing belongings.
What about water safety? Are there lifeguards?
The safety and security of all guests is a top priority for Radisson Hotel and Water Park. Trained, certified lifeguards staff the Water Park (a minimum of 14 at all times) as well as supervisors and managers during operating hours. Safety rules are posted in the Park and near attractions as well as on our website. Nevertheless, parents are encouraged to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the Water Park. Please ensure non-swimmers or weak swimmers wear U.S. Coast Guard Approved life vests. Complimentary life vests are available inside the Waterpark on a first-come, first-served basis. No outside personal 'floaties', inner tubes or water toys maybe brought in to the Park.
Are there any height and/or weight restrictions for children riding the slides?
For the safety of all children, certain attractions require height requirements, even when accompanied by an adult, as well as weight recommendations.
The FlowRider requires that all body boarders must be 42 inches or taller and all Flowboarders must be 52 inches or taller. The two Large Slides have height restrictions of 48 inches or taller.
What is the Water Park's policy on inclement weather?
Your family's safety is our first priority! As a result we follow specific guidelines with regards to inclement weather.
During all severe weather, some or all attractions may cease operation temporarily. During all storms in which lightning is present within a 5 mile radius, all bodies of water will be closed.
During a Tornado Watch, Management may decide to close attractions as necessary. When Bernalillo County is under a Tornado Warning the entire Water Park will be cleared and all guests will be advised to take proper precautions regarding tornado safety. Minors without a parent present will be required to take shelter as deemed appropriate by Water Park Management.
In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, Radisson will make every effort to re-open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather, but rescheduling your fun time at the Waterpark will be accommodated.

Are swimming goggles or floatation devices permitted?
Swimming goggles are permitted in the Water Park. Goggles with snorkels attached are prohibited. Floatation devices are not permitted within the Water Park with the exception of U.S. Coast Guard Approved life vests. Children wearing water wings are still required to wear a life vest in designated height restricted areas. No recreational floatation devices are permitted.
Are there any health restrictions relative to Water Park attractions?
It is recommended that anyone with preexisting medical conditions and women who are pregnant not participate. Guests having an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, open cut or sore, lesion, eye, ear, nose or throat infection are not permitted in the water. Each guest is encouraged to evaluate his or her own ability to participate.
Are children that wear regular diapers permitted in the Waterpark?
Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available in the gift shop for a nominal fee. Please use the changing facilities located in the rest rooms to change diapers.
What is Radisson Water Park's reservation and cancellation policy?
Individual reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card with the first and last night deposit placed on the card at the time of booking to be considered confirmed. Cancellations made by 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be refunded with a $35 processing fee. Any reservations cancelled after 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will be nonrefundable. The same cancellation and guarantee policies apply for Group and Birthday Party Packages.
What are check-in and check-out hours?
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Early check-in requests will be honored as availability allows, but is not guaranteed. Water Park package guests may use the changing facilities beginning at the time of the Waterpark opening on the day of check-in.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests not in compliance with hotel check-out times will be charged for an additional night's stay. Guests may use the Water Park public changing facilities beginning at the time of opening on the day of their check-out.
We recommend packing a separate, small "beach bag" with goggles, flip flops, etc. for guests enjoying the Waterpark before or after hotel check-in/check-out hours.
Is there a dress code in the Water Park?
Inside the Park guests wishing to participate in swimming activities must be wearing a lined swim suit. Swimming attire is appropriate when inside the Water Park. Outside of the Park shirts, shoes, and shorts are required. This includes all lobby areas, arcade, restaurants, and hotel common areas.
Can organizations request donations from the Waterpark? Who would be the contact for that?
The Radisson Waterpark will accept donation requests in writing sent to the Director of Sales & Marketing. There is an extremely limited amount of requests we can honor due to occupancy and local ordinance limitations. Also due to occupancy and local ordinance limitations we are extremely limited in the number and size of the groups, let alone discounted events. Under no circumstances will we consider discounts on peak days or nights, such as Saturdays. Please understand that a non-discounted individual pass is currently worth $39.95, our packages reflect discounting from the regular rate already, especially the day pass packages, and to give any further reductions in price will be rare.
